Any cancellation made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service time allows a full refund of sums already paid. Any cancellation made fewer than 72 hours before the scheduled service time is not refundable, subject to applicable mandatory law.

Cancellation and refund

You may cancel your service up to 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time. In that case, sums already paid are refunded in full.

Any cancellation made fewer than 72 hours before the scheduled service time is not refundable, subject to applicable mandatory law.

Example: for a service scheduled on Saturday at 6 pm, your cancellation must reach us no later than Wednesday at 6 pm to meet the 72-hour deadline.
